- 负责塑料翼子板、扰流板、尾门饰板、双色注塑件等外饰装饰件的产品设计与开发工作
- 协调跨部门团队完成产品从概念到量产的全流程开发
- 解决产品开发过程中的技术问题，确保产品符合质量标准
- 持续优化产品性能，提升生产效率并降低成本
任职要求：
- 汽车行业四年以上外饰装饰件开发经验
- 熟悉塑料翼子板、扰流板等外饰件的设计规范与制造工艺
- 具备双色注塑件开发经验，熟悉相关模具技术
- 熟悉汽车行业产品开发流程与质量体系标准
