• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launches.
• Gain a deep understanding of market/customer, identify, create or fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, branding and product marketing teams in the development and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire business unit
• Drive product launches with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and business growth and objective are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Business, Marketing or related majors preferred.
• Above 3 years working experience, at least 1 years in in product management.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in household supplies, medical industry will be plus.
