该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、根据公司销售目标，设定管辖区域加盟方开店及销售计划，并跟踪落实销售目标达成率。 2、完成所负责区域市调、渠道规划，对目标市场进行分析，对潜在加盟方的收集及洽谈。 3、根据公司规定，制定区域客户回款计划，完成团队跟催工作。 4、客户关系管理及品牌公司沟通管理。 5、完成加盟方进行期货订货，并完成期货买货及下单工作。 任职要求： 1、5年以上运动品、童装行业团队管理经验。 2、了解现代企业商业模式、市场销售、客户心态，熟练分析鞋服行业渠道发展趋势。 3、熟悉鞋服装行业区域拓展业务流程，良好的沟通表达能力，良好的客户服务意识和客户关系管理能力，优秀的客户谈判能力；具有较强的团队工作能力
