该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 负责工厂工艺项目的导入与实施，确保项目按时按质完成； 确保生产工艺符合安全规范与合规要求； 支持现有工艺流程的持续优化与改进，以提升生产效率与产品良率； 通过引入新技术与方法，优化生产运营，降低制造成本； 协同生产、质量及设备部门，共同解决跨职能的综合性工艺问题。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，化学、化工、化学材料等相关专业 从事精细化工、新材料、医药等相关行业 5年以上工作经验 熟悉工厂工艺单元操作及管理
了解FMEA和SPC等质量和统计工具
具备跨部门沟通，分析解决问题等能力
