该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Break down key properties from vehicle/engine to valve train system and components. Responsible for the design of valve train system and components for HD diesel engine. Lead valve train DVP and failure analysis. Collaborate with cylinder head, timing gear and other systems to ensure proper integration. Collaborate with Cross functional teams such as purchasing, production and aftermarket, Establish or improve internal design standards and process. Keep tracking valve train new technology, Drive technical innovation to improve performance (cost/lightweight) Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or above in Internal Combustion Engine / Automotive Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years design experience on engine valve train, Mastery of valve train design theory, Familiarity with valve train components materials and manufacture process. Proficient in CAD design tools, CATIA is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in 8D, FMEA, fault tree analysis Fluent English. Capable of participating in English meetings to present solutions independently, proficient in reading and creating English technical documents. Good cross‑functional communication and coordination skills
