• Data/ Information organization and maintain in department.
• Documentation process control between TSN Department and cross functions.
• Decision Forums coordination and support (incl. meeting preparation, organization, meeting minutes/ decision sending).
• Other administrative tasks. Requirement -  Student in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related studies preferred, but not mandatary.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute
• Independent and target-oriented working, team spirit, high commitment
• Chinese mother tongue and fluent English
• Expert usage of Microsoft Office
