知识产权经理（生物药研发）

该职位来源于猎聘 Primary Function/Purpose： The Intellectual Property Manager will be responsible for managing the intellectual property (IP) portfolio of the company. This role includes monitoring and assessing patent-related risks, facilitating internal R&D teams in identifying patentable inventions, collaborating with external legal counsel, and ensuring timely filing and maintenance of patents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biotech technologies, patent law, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into patentable ideas.

Key Responsibilities：

• Work closely with R&D teams to identify potentially patentable ideas
• Draft invention disclosures with help from R&D teams
• Lead communication with external legal counsel or patent attorneys regarding the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, and oversee the filing process
• Monitor filing progress, manage patent fee payments, and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements
• Maintain the company’s internal IP database, ensuring all patent filings, statuses, and related documents are accurately tracked and organized
• Support alliance management on intellectual properties for business development purposes Qualification/Requirements：
• PhD in chemistry, biology, bioengineering, pharmacology or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in biotech R&D, such as antibody discovery, protein engineering, pharmacology, preclinical studies etc, with previous experience working with patent attorneys or patent filing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English scientific writing.
