• Manages and prioritizes the Form board engineers’ activities under his/her responsibility / 管理其职责范围内布线板工程师的相关活动并区分活动的轻重缓急。

• Management and control of product configuration and BOM data base /管理和控制产品构型及BOM数据库
• Management and control of SAIFEI PDM systems and related linked systems /管理和控制赛飞PDM系统及其关联系统
• Establish integrated and lean product configuration management methodology and continuously improve /建立集成和精益的产品构型管理的系统方法并持续改进
• Coordinates the departmental resource to ensure on time results / 整合部门间资源以确保按时达成目标
• Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 运用独特性与创新性的特质，开展应对复杂问题的解决方法

• Other duties may be assigned / 其他分配到的任务 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
• Bachelor ‘s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, / Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 / 航空），或工程专业同等学位。
• 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 5年的制造工程产业经验（电气线束产业更佳）
• 2 years Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering Industry (EWIS Design and manufacturing preferred) / 两年的航空或制造工程工业的经验（EWIS 设计及制造优先）
• Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 8D’s, etc. / 有根本原因分析及8D 报告等的经验
• Familiar with ISO Quality System and AS9100 / 了解ISO质量系统和AS9100 标准
• Experience in project management / 项目管理经验
• Experience in CATIA V5 or V4 / 能熟练的使用CATIA V5 或者V4
• Written and fluent oral professional English / 专业的英语口语及书写能力

Knowledge in Aerospace industry, Knowledge of assembly components and techniques for electrical wire harness / 航空航天产业知识，电气线束部件装配技术知识。

• Understanding of configuration management / 对配置管理有深层次的理解。
• Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem-solving methodologies / 根据问题解决方法论解决设计问题的能力。
• Knowledge of Quality and environmental constrains in Aerospace industry / 航空航天产业质量与环境限制相关知识
• Advanced ability to work with computer office applications, e.g. company and customer specific tools / 熟练操作办公应用程序，如：公司与客户的特定工具。
