该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities / 主要职责 ：

• Based on project timelines and requirements, independently conduct literature reviews, design synthetic routes, timely synthesize target molecules, and promptly report any issues encountered. 根据项目进展要求，独立调研文献，设计合成路线，按时完成目标分子合成，遇到问题及时反馈。
• Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed experimental records. Upon project completion, collect and organize relevant data, and compile comprehensive compound synthesis reports. 及时、准确、详实地做好实验记录，项目结束，能够收集相关数据，整理并撰写好化合物合成报告。
• Assist the supervisor with daily laboratory operations, including maintaining relevant SOPs and safety protocols, overseeing related procurement, and the daily operation and maintenance of experimental equipment. 协助上级完成实验室日常运行工作，如维护相关SOP及安全规程，相关采购及实验设备的日常运行。 Qualifications / 任职要求
• Education:

Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of work experience, or recent Master's graduate, in Organic Chemistry , Medicinal Chemistry or related fields.

教育背景: 有机化学、药物化学等相关专业，2-3年工作经验的本科或应届硕士。

• Technical Skills: Possess comprehensive experimental operation skills in organic synthesis;

Be able to analyze NMR (¹H/¹³C NMR) and determine product structures in combination with mass spectrometry; Be proficient in using software such as Scifinder and ChemDraw. 基本技能：具备全面的有机合成实验操作技能；会解析 NMR（¹H/¹³C NMR），能结合质谱判断产物结构；熟练使用 Scifinder、Chemdraw等软件
