该职位来源于猎聘 职位概述 / Position Overview 作为公司资本战略与上市进程的核心支持力量，本岗位将紧密协助投资者关系与企业事务副总监，全程参与并推进公司一级市场股权融资、上市筹备、公共关系管理以及上市后的投资者关系维护。我们寻找兼具资本市场实操经验、对创新药充满热情、并具备执行力的专业人才，共同传递公司价值，提升品牌影响力。 As a key support for corporate capital strategy and listing execution, this role assists the IR Director in driving primary financing, IPO preparations, public relations, and post-IPO investor relations to enhance market confidence and corporate brand equity. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities I. 一级市场融资支持 / Primary Market Financing Support (30%)

• 融资材料与 BP 编写：独立撰写与更新中英文一级市场融资材料，包括商业计划书（BP）、Teaser、投资者问答及高管演讲稿等。 Financing Materials: Independently draft and update bilingual financing materials, including BPs, teasers, Q&A documents, and executive speeches.
• Data Room 与尽调管理：负责融资 Data Room 的搭建、更新与日常维护，协调研发、临床、财务等部门资料收集，高效配合投资机构的尽职调查。 Data Room & DD: Set up and maintain the Data Room, coordinate cross-functional document collection, and manage investor due diligence.
• 投资者对接与活动组织：安排并统筹投资人会议、路演及现场调研，负责会前筹备、材料准备、现场接待及会后总结纪要整理。 Investor Events: Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and site visits, handling logistics, materials, and meeting minutes. II. IPO 支持 / IPO Support (35%)
• 上市筹备执行：深度参与股改及 IPO 交表筹备，协助与投行、律师、审计师等中介机构的日常沟通与高效协作。 IPO Execution: Participate in corporate restructuring and IPO filings, coordinating with investment banks, legal counsels, and auditors.
• 上市申请材料：支持上市申请材料准备、招股书起草协调及附件汇编；协助回复联交所上市委员会问询。 IPO Filing Materials: Support prospectus drafting, application document assembly, and responses to HKEX inquiries.
• 聆讯后路演：协助准备投资者推介材料、分析师研究材料及管理层路演演讲稿。 Post-Hearing Roadshow: Assist in preparing investor decks, analyst research materials, and roadshow presentation scripts. III. 公共关系与品牌传播 / Public Relations & Corporate Brand Communications (15%)
• 媒体内容与渠道管理：负责公司重大资本与业务节点（临床进展、IND 获批、融资公告等）的双语官方新闻稿、自媒体文案的撰写与发布；负责官网 IR 模块的常态化维护与信息披露更新。 Content & Channels: Drafting and publish bilingual official press releases and media content for major corporate capital and business milestones; and maintain the official website's IR disclosures.
• 媒体关系与舆情监控：协助维护核心财经媒体、生物医药行业媒体及分析师资源；开展日常舆情监测与声誉风险预警，防范公关危机。 Media Relations & Monitoring: Maintain relationships with financial/pharma media and analysts, and monitor daily sentiment to manage reputation risks.
• 企业活动与品牌建设：支持新闻发布会、签约仪式、学术研讨会及行业展会的策划与现场执行，维护统一的品牌形象。 Events & Branding: Support press conferences, signing ceremonies, and industry expos to maintain a unified brand image. IV. 投资者关系管理 / Invest Relations (20%)
• 合规与信披准备：跟踪上市规则及合规要求，协助建立健全上市前后的信息披露制度与投资者关系管理体系。 Compliance & Disclosure: Track listing rules and support the establishment of pre- and post-IPO disclosure/IR frameworks.
• 上市前治理与信披：协助筹备董事会及股东会会议，推进决议签署；负责编制经营报告（月报/季报/年报）。 Pre-IPO Governance: Assist in Board and Shareholder meeting preparations, tracking resolution execution, and compiling periodic progress reports.
• 上市后信披与投资者关系：协助准备上市后定期报告（年报/中报）、业绩公告及通函；支持业绩发布会、投资者日及券商策略会的组织与执行；建立并持续维护买方/卖方分析师及机构投资者的数据库。 Post-IPO Disclosures & Investor Relations: Assist in preparing statutory disclosures (annual/interim reports, financial announcements, and circulars); support earnings conferences, Investor Days, and broker strategy meetings; establish and continuously maintain the CRM database for buy-side/sell-side analysts and institutional investors. 任职资格与要求 / Qualifications & Requirements
• 教育背景：统招本科及以上学历，生物医药、临床医学、财务、金融等相关专业优先，复合背景尤佳；CFA 一级及以上优先考虑。 Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedicine, Medicine, Finance, Economics, or related fields; composite background or CFA Level 1+ preferred.
• 工作经验：1 年及以上生物医药/医疗健康领域股权融资或港股 IPO 经验；有医疗 FA、生物医药 VC/PE、生物制药公司、投行或知名咨询公司从业经验者优先。 Professional Experience: 1+ years of biotech equity fundraising or HKEX IPO experience, preferably from healthcare FA, VC/PE, biotech & pharma, investment banking, or consulting.
• 语言与文书能力：英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的英文读写与口语沟通能力，能独立起草高质量的中英文 BP、投资者沟通信函及新闻稿。 Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English as a working language, capable of independently drafting bilingual BPs, investor communications, and press releases.
• 专业知识与技能：熟悉融资与港股 18A 上市基本规则；熟练使用 Office 办公软件及 AI 效率工具，具备极强的 PPT 制作与优化功底。 Core Competencies & Knowledge: Familiar with primary financing and HKEX 18A rules; proficient in MS Office and AI tools, with strong PPT creation skills.
• 综合素质：自主学习能力强，具备优秀的多任务并发处理、抗压推进及跨界沟通协调能力。 Soft Skills: Strong learning agility, with proven ability in multitasking, working under pressure, and cross-functional communication.
