- 实时解答客户关于房源价格、区位优势等专业咨询 3.策划创意直播内容，单场观看量需突破5000人次
- 定期收集客户反馈，每周提交直播效果数据分析报告
任职要求：
1.2年以上地产或电商直播经验，熟悉抖音/快手平台运营规则
- 普通话二甲以上，镜头表现力强，能连续直播3小时以上
- 掌握基础地产知识，熟悉上海豪宅市场等专业内容
- 气质佳，情商高，具备危机公关能力，能妥善处理直播突发状况
