精益工程师（持续改善工程师）

该职位来源于猎聘 实际岗位：改善工程师 所属部门：冲压部 主要工作职责： 保障并落地持续改善项目与精益相关活动的按时推进落地 推动精益理念流程及标准化工具的落地应用与日常使用 围绕组织改善绩效，紧盯各项改善目标达成 负责作业指导书编制、工时测定，牵头产能测算等工业工程相关工作 基于价值流图（VSM）理念，优化物料流与信息流 在公司内部宣导、建立精益生产思维体系 按精益活动路线规划，稳步落地各项精益专项工作 推进产能提升，达成年度绩效目标 主导各类降本增效专项工作 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，工商管理专业或相关专业背景优先 相关岗位实操工作经验为核心硬性条件 具备 5-10 年企业相关工作经验 优秀管理能力，拥有精益 / 六西格玛实操经验，深耕品质、交付及全成本管控领域 有精益经理等同岗完整工作经验 出色的沟通协调与团队协作能力 目标感强、具备成熟商业思维，执行力与推进驱动力突出 可在无直接下属的前提下统筹、牵头跨部门人员开展工作 处理问题务实落地，擅长用实操思路解决各类改善难题 主动分享专业知识，乐于内部经验传递 Main responsibility: Ensuring and executing timely rollouts of continuous improvement projects and lean activities

Ensure implementation and utilization of lean principle processes and std tools Maintaining focus on targets in organization based on improvement performance Working instruction and cycle time study, lead to have capacity calculation even industrial engineering

Material and information flow optimization in terms of VSM concept

Introducing lean manufacturing mindset to the organization

Successful execution of lean activities road map moving forward

Productivity improvement to meet yearly expectation cost saving initiatives

Qualification: Minimum bachelor degree - in Business Administration or have a background a similar Experience within the job area is more crucial Having 5-10 years of business experience Strong management skills and Lean/ Six Sigma experience with focus on world class quality, delivery and total cost Solid experience from a similar position as e. g. lean manager

Excellent communication and cooperation skills A high level of ambition, solid business understanding and strong driver Able do lead and manage without having the involved employees

Being able to approach challenges in pragmatic way

Proactive in relation to knowledge-sharing.
