- 本科及以上学历，材料科学、机械工程等相关专业；
2.5年以上铸造/锻造工程经验，有铝合金高压铸造经验；
- 熟悉铸造/锻造工艺和金属成型原理；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
- 具备分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
