该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责： 1、负责在时效内，准确完成客户提出的各类个险保全变更项目，确保达成全年KPI指标； 2、确保在作业流程、规则中对监管合规、反洗钱相关规定及消保政策的准确执行； 3、负责对机构提出的问题、咨询进行解答； 4、主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格: 1. 一年以上个险契约或保全运营工作经验，熟悉个险保全作业流程 2. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件 3. 认真负责的工作态度，保质保量完成公司给予的任务 4. 具备自我激励、自我学习、有客户服务精神 5. 具备清晰表达与良好沟通能力，基础英语阅读和书写能力
