该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Independently manage day-to-day client servicing and deliver research reports, ensuring smooth project execution Support questionnaire design and research framework development for quantitative projects under the guidance of the Project Manager Conduct advanced data analysis, including handling relatively complex analytical tasks Perform data checking, validation, and translation for quantitative research projects Prepare basic project quotations Develop clear and structured discussion guides and supporting materials Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset and effectively apply new knowledge and skills in daily work

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time); majors in Marketing, Psychology, or STEM-related fields are preferred (exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered) Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, marketing/brand management, or data analysis (required) Strong written skills in both Chinese and English; good spoken English is a plus Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of market dynamics and market research methodologies Strong logical thinking and market insight capabilities Good analytical and monitoring skills Strong client service mindset with a professional attitude Positive work attitude and a strong team player
