- 使用标准流程完成质控、标准化、注释和结果输出
- 开发和维护R 脚本/轻量级分析工具
- 生成表格、图形和摘要，供团队内部使用
- 维护分析记录，确保结果可追溯、可复现
- 与团队内部同事协作，支持按时交付 任职要求
- 生物信息学、计算生物学、基因组学、统计学、计算机科学或相关专业硕士
- 3–5 年生物信息学或多组学分析经验
- 熟悉R、Python、Linux/Unix
- 有R 工具或脚本开发经验
- 熟悉NGS 和/或多组学数据分析流程
- 具备良好的团队协作和文档记录能力 优先条件
- 有制药、生物技术、转化研究或临床研究经验
- 熟悉 HPC、云计算、工作流管理、版本控制
