• Assures the well application of Auto Control Plan by performing audits, Test and Verification plans by sampling according to the predefined frequencies. Reviews and analyzes obtained results. Identifies and isolates non conforme semi-finished and finished goods. Conducts nonconformity root causes analysis, identifies and undertakes necessary actions and containment plan to avoid nonconformity recurrence.
• Oversees process control and daily audit activities and assures the well application of the appropriate process/product parameters according to the predefined instructions and process audit check list. Conducts process parameters deviation root causes analysis, manages deviation requests for process parameters changement if needed and undertakes necessary actions and containment plans.
• Reviews and analyzes obtained results. Proposes and implements immediate corrective actions by deploying Fast Problem Solving technics and follows up its realization status and effectiveness. Monitors shift product control reports. Assures the well keeping of test equipment and the organization and cleanness of the work areas under 5S standard, while respecting defined flows, locations and storage conditions.
• Stops the production in case of nonconformity and takes approriate decisions according to the noncoformity product treatment procedure, coordinate with supervisor and manager to find good solution and make sure the product quality.
• Prepares and coordinates customer audits and visits then documents and communicates audit/visit results. Undertakes appropriate actions and containment plans and oversees its progress and effectiveness to avoid deviation recurrence. Communicates customer's claims to concerned parties. Animates claim treatment meeting to investigate customer complaints and perform initial analysis. Communicates 3D report on time to customer including defined containment actions. Tracks customer complaints, requests if needed samples and non conforme products quality analysis and performs the complete analysis with further tests in order to identify nonconformity & non detection root causes.
• Prepares and communicates to customer 8D report on time including root causes analysis, corrective and preventive action plans. Communicates action plans to involved teams and follows up its progress and effectiveness. Updates the claim summary according to actions progress. Closes the claim according to actions completion and validation. Reviews regular (according to predefined frequency) claim summary with concerned parties and provides proactive and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction.
