夹具设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Job Responsibilities ： 1. 负责汽车零部件机加工夹具（液压 / 气动 / 手动）方案设计、3D 建模、2D 出图、BOM 与技术文档输出。 Responsible for design of machining fixtures (hydraulic/pneumatic/manual) for automotive parts, including 3D modeling, 2D drawing, BOM and technical documentation. 2. 依据产品图纸、工艺、切削工况完成定位、夹紧、刚性、避让、排屑、防错、安全结构设计，满足精度与节拍要求。 According to product drawing, process and cutting conditions, complete positioning, clamping, rigidity, tool clearance, chip removal, error-proofing and safety design to meet accuracy and cycle time requirements. 3. 负责尺寸链计算、公差分配、基准确定，确保加工尺寸与形位公差稳定合格。 Responsible for dimensional chain calculation, tolerance allocation and datum definition to ensure stable machining dimensions and geometric tolerances. 4. 负责夹具材料、热处理、表面处理及标准件选型，控制成本与可靠性。 Responsible for material selection, heat treatment, surface treatment and standard parts selection of fixtures to control cost and reliability. 5. 跟进夹具加工、装配、现场调试、首件认可、试产与量产问题解决。 Follow up fixture machining, assembly, on-site debugging, first article approval, trial production and mass production problem solving. 6. 配合工艺 / 质量完成 PFMEA、控制计划、PPAP 相关夹具技术输入，满足 IATF16949 体系要求。 Cooperate with process/quality to complete fixture input for PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP to meet IATF16949 requirements. 7. 负责夹具改善、快换优化、寿命提升、降本增效，支持多品种共线生产。 Responsible for fixture improvement, quick change optimization, service life improvement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement to support mixed-line production. 8. 图纸归档、版本管理、现场培训与问题闭环。 Drawing filing, version management, on-site training and issue closure.

任职资格Qualifications： 1. 大专及以上，机械设计 / 机电一体化 / 模具相关专业；5 年及以上汽车零部件机加工夹具设计经验。 College degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Mold; ≥5 years machining fixture design experience in automotive parts industry. 2. 精通 CNC 加工中心 / 数控车 / 卧加 / 四轴五轴夹具设计，熟练设计液压 / 气动 / 手动夹具。 Proficient in fixture design for CNC machining center, lathe, HMC, 4-axis/5-axis; skilled in hydraulic/pneumatic/manual fixture design. 3. 熟练使用 SolidWorks（必备），会 UG/CATIA 优先。 Skilled in SolidWorks (required); experience with UG/CATIA is a plus. 4. 精通公差配合、形位公差、尺寸链计算、基准选择、切削刚性与防振刀。 Proficient in tolerance fitting, GD&T, dimensional chain, datum selection, cutting rigidity and anti-vibration. 5. 熟悉夹具常用材料及热处理：45#、40Cr、模具钢、铝合金、发黑 / 氮化 / 电镀/氧极氧化等。 Familiar with fixture materials and heat treatment: 45#, 40Cr, tool steel, aluminum alloy, blackening / nitriding / electroplating / anodizing, etc. 6. 熟悉机加工工艺、刀具避让、排屑、防错、安全设计；能独立现场调试解决尺寸漂移 / 变形 / 报废问题。 Familiar with machining process, tool clearance, chip removal, error-proofing, safety design; able to debug on-site independently to solve drift, deformation, scrap issues. 7. 了解 IATF16949、PPAP、PFMEA、MSA，具备量产交付意识。 Knowledge of IATF16949, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA; awareness of mass production delivery. 优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）： 1. 有底盘件、结构件、铝 / 铸铁件大批量夹具经验优先。 Experience in mass production fixtures for chassis, structural parts, aluminum/cast iron parts is preferred. 2. 有液压站、集成油路、快换夹具、自动化上下料夹具经验优先。 Experience in hydraulic station, integrated oil circuit, quick change fixture, automatic loading/unloading fixture is preferred. 3. 有四轴 / 五轴夹具、卧加夹具、高刚性高精度夹具设计经验优先。 Experience in 4-axis/5-axis fixture, HMC fixture, high-rigidity & high-precision fixture design is preferred.
