需具有模具加工多年工作经验，熟练操作多种加工设备，熟悉加工工艺。能熟练看懂机械加工图纸，具备一定图纸分析和问题解决能力。 工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，有良好团队合作精神和沟通能力。 有较强学习能力和创新意识，愿意接受新知识和技能培训
前期在佛山基地培训3个月，后期外派马来西亚
