- จัดเตรียมและจัดวางไอศกรีม ไอศกรีมเค้ก และวัตถุดิบตามมาตรฐาน
- ตักและตกแต่งไอศกรีมให้ตรงตามเมนูและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- จัดเตรียมสินค้าให้ถูกต้องสำหรับลูกค้าทานที่ร้านหรือกลับบ้าน
- ดูแลเครื่องดื่มและวัตถุดิบให้มีคุณภาพ สะอาด และเพียงพอต่อการขาย
