About the role

This role involves procurement of raw materials such as tuna, seasonings, and packaging from abroad, along with monitoring purchase agreements with suppliers and coordinating delivery schedules with internal capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Procure raw materials including tuna, seasonings, and packaging from foreign suppliers
• Monitor and follow up on purchase agreements with suppliers
• Track delivery schedules from suppliers and plan receipt coordination with available capacity
• Verify documentation and certificates related to fish raw materials, seasonings, and packaging; follow up with suppliers if documents are incomplete or incorrect
• Ensure import costs and storage costs for fish raw materials remain within target budgets
• Summarise quality results of fish raw materials for each lot, notify suppliers, and process final payment settlements
• Handle import documentation across all systems
• Liaise and coordinate with foreign trading partners

About you

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in import documentation and/or international procurement
• Experience in importing consumer goods and FMCG products is highly valued
• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) at a level sufficient to communicate with foreign partners
• Negotiation and bargaining skills
• Ability to start work immediately is preferred
• Able to work Monday to Saturday (company provides 17 Saturday holidays per year)
