About the role

This role involves identifying and acquiring new customers outside the office within company-designated areas, and presenting and selling consumer products to key customer groups such as restaurants, shops, convenience stores, mini-marts, cafes, hotels, offices, and other business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new customers outside the office in assigned areas
• Present and sell company consumer products to target customer groups including restaurants, shops, convenience stores, mini-marts, cafes, hotels, offices, and other businesses
• Survey areas and identify shops or customer groups with potential to purchase products
• Contact customers, introduce products, communicate prices, promotions, and purchase conditions
• Prepare quotations and receive purchase orders from customers
• Follow up with customers after sales proposals and encourage repeat purchases
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat orders
• Coordinate purchase orders, product delivery, and customer issues with relevant departments
• Collect and maintain customer data including shop name, contact person, phone number, LINE, address, and sales/purchase history
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer visits and sales results
• Achieve sales targets and new customer acquisition targets (KPIs) set by the company
• Research market data, competitor pricing, promotions, and customer feedback to report to the company
