分包合同主管

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： Ontime award ratio and Meet cost saving target. Prevent risk and delay via proper planning and regular monitor.

• Set up project subcontracting procedure and plan, execute several main service packages, execute project subcontracting strategy. Monitor project subcontracting plan comply with schedule and cost requirement.
• Prepare project AVL based on project needs and requirement. Source & evaluate new subcontractors.
• Supporting PPM to respond related inquires from PMT or Client.
• Prepare, review and/or approve all related contractual documents relate to project, i.e.: RFQ, Bidder list, Bid Opening, TBE, Cost Analyse, negotiation MOM, Letters, CBE, Contract, change order, payment, final close out as obligation.
• Prepare, review and/or approve final negotiation strategy, MOM, Key T&C etc. to ensure in line with the company's interests and legal requirements. To get the most competitive price through fair and competitive negotiations based on procedures.
• Prepare and submit related report, i.e.: weekly project report, weekly subcontracting plan, monthly cost forecast report, team KPI review report, Project Subcontracting Close Out Report, etc.
• Manage and solve overall project Claims and Change Order and Disputes which related to subcontract cost by proper close out planning and execution. Supporting to solve problems arising in the performance of subcontract, including quality, and schedule etc.,
• Review payment application and final settlement of subcontracts.
• Coordinate with project PMT and related departments for smooth subcontracting execution.
• Maintain good subcontractor relationship to promote win-win cooperation between both parties.
• Responsible for assigned bidding support.
• Other duty assigned. 要求： 1.5-10 years relevant experience in offshore or plant construction or marine industry preferably with 4-5 years in procurement/materials management including subcontracts administration.Skillful at EPC project management, FIDIC terms and subcontracting management, with strong team manage ability and practical in deal with complex issues.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and communication.
