-ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการ วางแผนและควบคุมต้นทุน
-ถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับทีมงานเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
-จัดตารางการทำงาน ควบคุมและพัฒนาพนักงานในร้านให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
-จัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
-ตรวจรับวัตถุดิบต่าง ๆ และดูแลการจัดเก็บให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
-ตรวจเช็คความสะอาดของร้านและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน
-ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ วันหยุดไม่ตรงศุกร์ เสาร์ อาทิตย์ ทำงานเป็นกะ
-หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
