About the role

This role involves designing and optimizing incentive systems for a licensed securities/fintech company in Hong Kong. You will align compensation strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance, adapt solutions across different business units, and execute end-to-end implementation from design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimize the incentive system, balancing business strategy alignment, compliance requirements, and differentiated needs across business units
• Design cash compensation structures and salary bands, developing cross-regional differentiation strategies for mainland China and Hong Kong
• Oversee annual salary adjustment projects, designing performance-linked, market-benchmarked, and promotion-based adjustment rule matrices
• Lead year-end bonus projects including bonus pool calculation, allocation rules, performance-differentiated distribution mechanisms, and budget control and approval processes
• Manage annual human resources cost budget compilation and full-cycle monitoring, establishing dynamic tracking mechanisms
• Allocate incentive packages by business line with delegated management authority and people efficiency metrics to drive resource allocation and early warning
• Track execution effectiveness of compensation schemes, use data analysis and feedback to drive iterative improvements, and ensure the incentive system is genuinely linked to talent retention and organizational performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above; Human Resources, Finance, Economics or related majors preferred
• Hands-on experience managing at least three of the following: cash compensation, annual salary adjustments, year-end bonuses, budget control
• Data-sensitive with clear logical thinking and ability to drive cross-departmental initiatives
• Experience in licensed financial institutions or Hong Kong-listed companies is a plus
