人事及合規行政主任

主要職責與工作內容：

• 入職全流程管理： 負責保險顧問入職全流程管理，包括背景調查、牌照掛牌、系統開通及合約歸檔。
• 合規監控： 負責合規監控工作，涵蓋編制週報、跟進監管動態、審查持牌人宣傳及內容，以及管理 CPD（持續專業培訓）與 AML（反洗錢）。
• 行政支援： 提供日常營運及部門相關的綜合行政支援。

職位要求：

• 大專或以上學歷。
• 具備 1 至 3 年人事、行政或合規工作經驗。
• 具備保險行業工作經驗者優先。
• 粵語及普通話流利。
• 良好的中英文讀寫能力。
• 熟練掌握 Office 辦公軟件及飛書 (Lark/Feishu) 協作系統。

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Full-Cycle Onboarding Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for insurance consultants, including background checks, license registration, system activation, and contract archiving.
• Compliance Monitoring: Handle compliance monitoring duties, including compiling weekly reports, tracking regulatory updates, reviewing licensee-generated content, and managing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive general administrative support for daily operations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education (Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Compliance.
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Feishu (Lark) collaboration tools.
