職位描述
崗位職責 1.對接船東、船代管道，自主詢價、議價、鎖定艙位 / 整船資源，根據貨量、航線匹配合適船舶，把控運價、船期，解決配船事宜； 2即時跟蹤海運市場運價、航線行情，核算業務成本，把控利潤；沉澱客戶、船舶管道資源，定期梳理業務台賬。 任職資格
- 本科及以上學歷，雅思6分或以上，物流或航運相關專業畢業者優先；
- 具備2 年以上件雜貨海運業務經驗，熟悉各航線件雜貨操作全流程；
- 熟悉船東/ 船代資源，能獨立談船、鎖艙；
- 熟悉大件貨物裝載、加固、超限運輸等專業知識，會獨立成本核算與商務談判；
- 開拓意識強，能承受業績壓力，目標感強，擅長客情維護與問題應急處理；
