• Execute China and regional talent acquisition strategy across APAC, ensuring alignment with global HR and business objectives.
• Partner with senior business leaders to anticipate talent needs and design proactive recruitment solutions.
• Lead mid-to-senior level hiring initiatives, focusing on critical roles that drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Report to Associate TA Director, contributing insights to global TA strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market intelligence.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Envision as an employer of choice in the energy and industrial sectors. Who You Are
