品牌助理经理/主管

• Market Insight & brand performance tracking
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs and establishing competitive and differentiated brand and product positioning.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and consumer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies.
• Brand planning
• Develop the brand annual / quarterly plan, identifying current brand challenges and potential growth opportunities
• Develop and manage the brand budget, monitoring spending and optimizing allocation of resources
• Brand Communication & Activation
• Create and manage marketing campaigns with media proposals across various platforms, touchpoint and channel
• Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement. Qualifications：
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time). A degree in Marketing, Economics & Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and brand performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building and innovating brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media, and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
