- 负责AI数字化生产系统的引进与实施，推动制药生产数字化转型
- 制定年度生产战略规划，统筹管理3个生产基地的日常运营工作
- 确保GMP认证通过率100%，EHS合规达标率98%以上
- 主导精益生产项目，年度生产效率提升目标15%
任职要求：
- 药学/制药工程本科以上学历，985/211院校优先
2.12年以上制药行业经验，5年以上生产总监管理经验
- 精通外用制剂/OTC产品生产工艺，熟悉自动化设备操作
- 主导过3个以上数字化工厂建设项目者优先考虑
