About the role

This role involves receiving and implementing organizational policies and strategies to develop projects, activities, documents, and best practices aligned with the organization's sustainable development goals. The position supports the sustainable organizational development management system and monitors, analyzes, and evaluates data against organizational indicators and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and implement organizational policies and strategies for developing projects, activities, documents, and best practices to achieve sustainable development goals
• Plan and support the sustainable organizational development management system
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate data against organizational indicators and standards
• Support the organization in adopting practices aligned with recognized standards and awards at national and international levels, including SET Sustainability Awards, THSI, CGR, industry awards, Eco Vadis, ISO 26000:2010, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
• Study and understand sustainability and environmental practices, relevant laws and standards, and apply them to organizational sustainable development such as circular economy, corporate carbon footprint, GRI standard 2021, and Human Right Due Diligence
• Provide consulting, compile, review, and analyze organizational sustainability from new challenges and propose material issues to organizational stakeholders
• Provide consulting to compile and prepare greenhouse gas inventory and related data on greenhouse gas emissions from various activities, forecast against targets, and prepare reports according to international standards
• Plan, implement, and control consulting work on sustainable organizational development for company clients
• Present consulting services on sustainability to target client groups, prepare technical service proposals and pricing proposals, and prepare quotations
• Create awareness and communicate environmental management practices to internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with at least 1 year of work experience in sustainability
• Knowledge and understanding of three-dimensional sustainability management systems: economic, social, and environmental
• Knowledge and experience in developing sustainability standards at national and international levels such as THIS, GRI standard 2021, Eco Vadis, CSA, and related standards
• Able to use Microsoft Office or related programs for analysis, synthesis, and knowledge management in sustainable organizational development
• Good interpersonal skills, responsibility, and ability to work with others
• Able to coordinate and communicate with relevant external organizations
• English language score (TOEIC) greater than 600 points
