About the role

Administrative support role providing assistance across policy administration, customer service, contract processing, onboarding, and basic administrative tasks within an insurance or financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with policy administration support including renewal processing, plan documentation system operations, and monthly customer premium reminders
• Provide customer service support by assisting with customer inquiries and requests
• Support contract signing by helping managers complete forms, organising documents, and ensuring process flow
• Assist with onboarding including colleague exam registration, processing onboarding procedures, and credential management
• Handle basic administrative tasks including meeting arrangement, photography documentation, and document processing
• Create design materials using PowerPoint for presentations and design simple posters
• Support team and manager video production as required

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above (preferred)
• Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic design skills
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication abilities
• Mandarin Chinese (basic level)
• Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency (advantageous)
• Prior relevant experience (preferred)
