社群运营经理(远程办公)

岗位职责

1. 以新用户增长为核心目标，制定并执行社群拉新策略，对社群渠道的获客量、转化率负责；

2. 搭建并运营多平台社群矩阵（Telegram、Discord、X 等），设计从触达 → 活跃 → 注册 → 交易的完整转化链路；

3. 策划社群裂变、邀请返佣、空投活动等增长玩法，配合平台活动节奏放大拉新效果；

4. 带领并管理社群运营团队，负责目标拆解、过程管理与团队培养；

5. 整合外部社群资源（KOL 社群、行业社群、地推渠道等），拓展可持续的获客来源；

6. 建立社群数据监测体系，持续复盘转化漏斗，优化拉新 ROI；

7. 与投放、品牌、活动等市场团队协同，承接流量并完成转化闭环。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上社群运营或用户增长经验；

2. 以结果为导向，有可验证的拉新 / 转化成功案例（请在简历中说明具体数据）；

3. 自带社群资源，熟悉 Telegram / Discord 等 Web3 主流社群生态的玩法与工具；

4. 有团队管理经验，能独立带 5 人以上团队完成增长目标；

5. 英语可作为工作语言（需对接海外社群与国际团队）；

6. 熟悉裂变增长、邀请机制、社群转化漏斗等方法论，数据敏感度高；

7. 有 Web3 / 加密货币交易所行业经验者优先；

8. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏与全球化协作。

Job responsibilities

1. Formulate and execute a strategy for attracting new users to the community, focusing on increasing the number of new users and improving the conversion rate of the community channel;

2. Build and operate a multi-platform community matrix (Telegram, Discord, X, etc.) and design a complete conversion chain from reach → activity → registration → transaction;

3. Plan growth strategies such as community referrals, invitations with commissions, and airdrop activities to amplify the effect of new user acquisition in line with the platform's activity rhythm

4. Lead and manage the cybertribe operations team, responsible for goal decomposition, process management, and team development;

5. Integrate external community resources (KOL communities, industry communities, ground marketing channels, etc.) to expand sustainable customer acquisition sources;

Establish a community data monitoring system, continuously review the conversion funnel, and optimize the acquisition ROI

Coordinate with marketing teams such as placement, branding, and activities to capture traffic and complete the conversion loop.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in cybertribe operations or user growth;

2. Results-oriented, with verifiable new user acquisition/conversion success cases (please provide specific data in the resume);

3. Bring your own community resources and be familiar with the gameplay and tools of the mainstream community ecology of Web3, such as Telegram/Discord;

4. Experience in team management and the ability to independently lead a team of 5 or more to achieve growth goals;

5. English can be used as a working language (need to connect with overseas communities and international teams);

Familiar with referral growth, invitation mechanism, community conversion funnel and other methodologies, with high data sensitivity;

Priority will be given to those with experience in the Web3 / cryptocurrency exchange industry

Strong stress resistance and ability to adapt to the fast-paced and globalized collaboration of the encryption industry.

Bonus points

1. Experience in cybertribe operations, such as attracting new customers for exchanges, establishing an agent system, and earning commissions

2. Experience in building a community matrix from 0 to 1

3. Master community robots and automated operation tools such as TG Bot and Discord Bot
