• Assist Manager and Senior Manager in handling tax engagements
• Undertake research of tax assignments and draft the tax advisory for view
• Liaise with clients on tax matters upon instructions from Manager/Senior Manager
• Assist Manager and Senior Manager to build and maintain good relationships with clients and tax officers at various levels
• Keep up to date tax knowledge to supplement technical skills
• Coach junior staff, review and manage their work.
• Actively participate in teamwork, follow internal work guidelines and quality standards, and provide a positive work environment to demonstrate team spirit.
• Maintain accurate and organized tax documents and records, ensuring all information is readily available for audits or reviews. Requirements:
• At least 3 years working experience in a consulting firm, preferably as a tax senior in Tax, Accounting or other relevant subjects
• Bachelor degree or above
• Able to work independently as well as a team leader
• Good knowledge and sufficient experience in Chinese tax laws and local practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent written and verbal English
• CPA or TA preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
