该职位来源于猎聘 (1) 岗位职责： 负责开发针对自研自动化实验平台的实验数据处理组件 参与药物智能虚拟筛选平台软件的数据分析处理和算法流程开发，包括分子对接、分子动力学模拟、FEP/TI以及QSAR、QSPR、ADMET等 调研和分析国内外药物智能虚拟筛选的最新算法进展 负责研发特定化的专属智能筛选模型 (2) 任职要求： 生物信息学、计算机辅助药物设计、化学信息学、计算化学/药学、计算生物学等相关专业硕士及以上学位 熟练使用过各种化学信息学工具包，如RDKit，Openbabel，以及 Discovery Studio, Schrodinger, OpenEye, Autodock 等 具备良好的编程能力，熟悉Python/C++/C#/Pytorch/Tensorflow等 具有一定的组织和领导能力，以及良好的团队合作精神
