• Budget responsibility for Professional Services (PS), Other Outside Services (OOS), and Product Engineering hours spent according to the project business case & AOP Plan
• Plan and allocate the necessary engineering resources according to the business plan
• Ensure project staffing / required skills for the engineering resources
• Manage and ensure the product maturity within the development regarding
• Set up & achieve product target costs within the technical development and contribute to design to cost activities & supplier selection process Your Profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management in the automotive industry,degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Successfully managed already smaller technical projects (is an asset)
• Experience in team management and budget management
• Experience in working in a matrix environment
