What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责集成电路CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD/RFSOI等工艺中各类器件的Spice建模，包括测试版图设计、特性曲线以及电性参数测试、模型参数提取、模型文件的QA； 2. 能使用建模工具BsimProplus/MBP/ICCAP/MQA等进行模型参数提取以及QA，使用Hspice/Cadence/Calibre等EDA工具进行模型仿真/版图绘制/电路验证； 3. 针对器件建模工具的研发，能开发spice model EDA软件来实现器件建模自动化。 岗位要求： 1、硕士及以上，微电子/电子/物理/数学/计算机/半导体等相关专业，985/211优先 2、学习和掌握半导体物理、半导体器件物理、半导体制造工艺、数字电路、模拟电路； 3、熟悉一门计算机语言(如skil、TCL、python、perl、c/c++等)； 4、熟练掌握专业英语，有一定听说读写能力(英语6级或以上)
