该职位来源于猎聘 Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责：

• Start project from kick-off until the final acceptance in the customer's plant
• Executing the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality)
• Act as reference point for customer during whole project life, build and maintain customer relationship, and Achieve customer satisfaction
• Build and Maintain project WBS and timing plan, Responsible for project review during project rolling
• Contract-, Change- and Claim Management
• Work with function managers to Allocate resource to work on project in order to Secure project running
• Define the strategy "Make and Buy" for project scope of supply
• Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier. Work with supply chain to manage suppliers.
• Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix
• Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project
• Manage the risk on project .Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and well stored.
• Project report in closing phase in aspect of lessons, possible optimization
• Evaluate team member's performance in project closing phase
• Project-related assignment to the development of other project manager a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

• Enthusiastic, pro-active, confident, problem solver, self -motivated ，team player， team leader, Building relationships with good interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Good sense of personal organization and time management.
• Experience of vehicle body assembly process development, joining technologies and body assembly equipment including tooling, automation and robotics
• Proven project management experience in BIW assembly line project
• An ability to write technical reports and give presentations are essential requirements
• Capable of using Project 2000 or equivalent project management software,Familiar with mechanical design software CATIA/UG, AutoCAD
• Work under pressure and travel availability
• Good command of English b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
• Bachelor’s degree or above of engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• With at least 3 years of experience in engineering of BIW assembly line project
• Successful experience of BIW assembly line project management in relevant company
• Working experience in foreign companies
• Knowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial management (preferred)
