1、负责接听和处理客房、餐饮及会议等各项预订电话及网络订单，确保预订信息准确无误。 2、根据酒店预订流程，及时录入、更新和确认预订信息，并完成与前台、客房、销售等部门的协调沟通。 3、主动向客人介绍酒店房型、价格、设施及促销活动，提供专业咨询并引导其完成预订。 4、妥善处理客户预订变更、取消及特殊需求，确保客史记录完整并及时更新。 5、协助预订主管统计和分析预订数据，制作日报、周报等报表。 6、保持良好的电话礼仪和服务态度，维护酒店形象，提升客户满意度。

• 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、文秘、行政管理或相关专业优先，具备国际联号酒店经验可放宽条件； 2.熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、Outlook），能高效完成信息录入、报表整理及邮件沟通； 3.普通话标准流利，具备良好的语言表达与倾听能力，善于情绪管理与冲突协调； 4.形象端正，责任心强，具备较强的服务意识、应变能力及团队协作精神。
