电池电气设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives of the Job:

• With the request of the Group leader or Module Leader, fulfill the tasks independently;
• Ensure the tasks’ on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction;
• Battery inside bus-bar, fuses, relays, LV wiring harness design. Main Duties:
• Acting as the technical interface between the supplier and E/E dept development team and the customer team
• Battery inside HV Busbar / fuse/ relay & LV wire harness layout design
• Write HV Busbar / fuse/ relay & LV wire harness design/selection specification
• Write HV Busbar / fuse/ relay & LV wire harness Design-FMEA process
• Review HV Busbar / fuse/ relay & LV wire harness test specification
• Tracking HV Busbar / fuse/ relay & LV wire harness validation
• Review test report
• Work with project Leader together to prepare regular status reports
• Participants in requirement coverage and traceability analysis, which is organized by system expert
• Perform and coordination in electrical safety design, caculation, especially in sizing of electric components
• Review testing specification organized by validation team Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Degree qualified in electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering, candidate will ideally be working in similar function within the automotive industry, Previous experience of developing customer relationships in technical environment is essential
• Know well battery HV/LV architecture
• Know well about related standards of battery HV safety, ISO,IEC,GB,
• Know well Design-FMEA process
• At least 4 years direct experience in battery system development.
• Familiar with standards and regulations for automotive HV design (familiar with European standards and regulations preferred)
• Capable of designing and analyzing system schematics & wire harness drawing (2D drawing, 3D)
• Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applications for system design (Matlab, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc...)
• Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
• Supplier management experience
• Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills
• Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
