- 持有副學士 / 文憑或以上學歷，或中學會考 / 文憑五科達第 2 級或以上 (包括中、英、數)
- 持有私人健身教練、伸展導師、普拉提或瑜伽證書
- 良好溝通能力，熱心幫助改善健康
- 有健身教練經驗
- 有耐心，善於團隊合作
- 熱愛服務長者
- 根據長者身體情況設計並帶領團體運動，包括功能、平衡、柔軟和器械運動
- 指導長者安全運動，避免受傷
- 提供健康教育、激勵，追蹤身體變化並評估效果，促使長者積極參與
- 定期檢查和維護設備
- 協助中心日常運作、財務和行政工作
- 每週工作 44 小時 (需輪值星期六，時間會調整)
- 合約期滿表現良好，會獲約滿酬金
- 工作地點：天后大坑
