• Answer incoming calls and follow up the daily work;
• Develop leasing channels and new clients;
• Manage correspondence, reports and other leasing related materials;
• Assist to prepare leasing proposals and contracts;
• Negotiate lease contract and manage the client before/after moving-in ;
• Assist Superiors on ad hoc assignments where needed.
• Job scope shall be reviewed and revised from time to time based on actual situation.
• Develop and maintain good relations with tenants, prospects, real estate agencies and related Government departments. Qualification 任职资格
• College degree in archive management or other relevant disciplines;
• At least 4 years working experience and preferably with experience in foreign owned developers, although not a mandatory requirement;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT;
• Ability to analyse numbers and create formulated excel worksheets for the purposes of assisting in budgeting and forecasting;
• Ability to create presentation and preferably with presentation skill to upper levels.
• Polite, professional with a down-to-earth character and who is able to work independently;
• Good integrity, self-discipline, patient, responsible, well-organized and with good attention to detail.
