该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1. 模型训练与优化 负责基于YOLO等轻量化目标检测模型的训练全流程，包括使用工具标注、训练，并针对小目标、遮挡、低光照等场景优化模型收敛性能。性能评估与调优； 2. 性能评估与调优 建立端到端评估体系，监控关键指标：mAP 0.5、推理延迟（ms/img）、FPS、GPU/CPU占用率、功耗，通过A/B测试对比不同优化策略效果，输出量化报告指导迭代； 任职条件： 1.
精通 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch 、TensorFlow、OpenCV； 2. 深入理解YOLO系列架构，掌握目标检测核心组件； 3. 熟悉 Docker 容器化、Kubernetes 管理、CI/CD 流水线搭建； AI Agent工具； 4. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子工程等相关专业，本科及以上，硕士优先。 每周实习4天以上
