• Development of innovative embedded software architectures and detailed design for vehicle control systems in forklift trucks and AGVs 开发应用于叉车和自动导引车（AGV）中车辆控制系统的新型嵌入式软件架构并进行详细设计。
• Ensure that industry and functional safety requirements are incorporated into the architecture and development. 确保在架构设计和开发过程中纳入行业及功能安全的相关要求。
• Create and maintain documentation for architectural designs, including diagrams and specifications. 创建并维护架构设计文档，包括相关图表和规范说明。
• Document coding standards, development processes, and design patterns for the team to follow. 负责编写团队需遵循的编码标准、开发流程及设计模式文档。
• Active collaboration with distributed teams in an international environment 在国际化的工作环境中，与分布在世界各地的团队进行高效协作。
• Support in the creation of software requirements 协助完成软件需求的制定工作。

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. 计算机科学、电气工程、软件工程或相关专业的本科或硕士学位。 2. 5+ years of experience in embedded software development 5年及以上嵌入式软件开发经验。
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++ and Python, with experience in embedded development environments. 精通C、C++、Python等编程语言，并具备嵌入式开发环境的实际经验。
• Experience with agile methodologies and development practices. 熟悉敏捷开发方法论及其实践。
• Familiarity with software development tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git) issue tracking, and CI/CD pipelines. 熟悉各类软件开发工具，包括版本控制系统（如Git）、问题追踪工具以及CI/CD流水线。
• Experience of development processes (Automotive SPICE) and functional safety 了解汽车软件过程改进及能力测定（ASPICE）开发流程与功能安全标准。
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English 具备流利的中文和英文书面及口头沟通能力。
• Familiarity with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) and embedded Linux is a plus. 熟悉实时操作系统（RTOS）和嵌入式Linux者优先。
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, or similar. 掌握CAN、UART、SPI、I2C等通信协议。
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed architectural decisions. 拥有出色的解决问题的能力，并能做出明智的架构决策。
