试验验证工程师（常熟）

该职位来源于猎聘 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test plan preparation (scope, methods, conditions, requirements).
• Customer requirements analysis and/or product environmental/car conditions
• Performing the tests and Product Validations according to schedule and quality standards
• Participation in project and team meetings to ensure proper project realization
• Effective communication with customers and suppliers.
• Performing analysis of products to find root cause of potential failures and other issues.
• Test/Project timing estimation. Providing updates of Test/Project status.
• Support, development and implementation of new technologies and Validation processes.
• Coordination the team responsible for Product Validation/Verification
• Preparing and updating project documentation required for Validation/Verification on regular basis
• Care and protection of confidential information and good company image.
• Implementation of other tasks according to Supervisor requests

Basic Requirements

• Education: Bachelor, MSc degree in engineering
• Languages: English
• Specific knowledge and software tools: validation process knowledge, knowledge in the field of project management, testing knowledge,
• Quality standards knowledge: IATF16949:2016, Problem solving, APQP, MSA, 上班地点
