该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、体系搭建 ：统筹制定部门应收款管理制度、催收作业流程、异常指标标准，统一应收款规范 2、策略赋能 ：研判逾期客户风险等级，搭建差异化催收处置模型，针对异常业务输出专属帮扶提升方案 3、组织赋能 ：搭建常态化培训体系，沉淀优秀作业案例，为业务及一线债权经理输出专业能力培训 4、数据经营 ：基于 SSC 基础数据，开展应收款层面深度分析，输出应收款诊断报告，为管理层决策提供支撑 任职要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，可基于基础数据开展应收款深度分析，输出专业诊断报告，为管理层决策提供支撑 3、有搭建体系、沉淀业务案例经验者优先，能够为业务及一线债权经理输出专业能力培训 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，具备较强的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能够统筹规划部门应收款管理体系建设工作
