重点客户经理

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：  Be responsible for the annual business planning and operation of key customers nationwide or across regions;负责全国或跨区域重点客户年度业务规划、运作；  Be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of key cross-regional work projects in key customers;负责跨区域的重点工作项目在重点客户中的执行与跟进；  Achieve cross-regional key KA system sales assessment indicators;达成跨区域重点KA系统的各项销售考核指标；

 Planning, formulating, communicating and supervising regional implementation of all kinds of cross-regional key KA business activities;跨区域重点KA商超渠道各类活动规划、制定并沟通、督促区域执行；  Cross-regional key KA target setting and guiding and promoting regional relevant salesmen to achieve.跨区域重点KA商超渠道阶段性目标设定并指导和推动区域相关销售人员达成。 任职要求：  More than Five years’ experience in fast-food industry;五年以上快消品行业从业经验；  More than three years’ experience in key account managers;三年以上重点客户经理经验；  Have certain sales communication, management experience and negotiation ability of KA channel;具备一定经销售沟通、管理经验及KA商超渠道的谈判能力；  Grasp the relevant marketing knowledge and development trends of fast-food products;掌握相关的快消品市场营销知识及进展动态；  Familiar with operation details of stores;熟悉各客户门店的操作细节；  Good ability of market analysis, planning and activity planning and execution;具备良好的市场分析、规划及活动策划、执行能力；  College degree or above, fast-food of KA business channel experience; skilled use of computers;大专及以上学历，快消KA商超渠道的实战经验；熟练使用电脑；  Good communication and coordination skills;具备良好的沟通与协调能力；  Leadership, training and internal coordination can effectively motivate the team.领导、培训、内部协调能力能有效激励团队。
