质量经理

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities 职责：

• Responsible to quality management of the company, coordinate to quality improvement among all departments; 负责公司的质量管理工作，协调各部门的质量改进工作;
• Responsible to quality problem solving and improvement during NPI & mass production; 负责新产品导入和量产过程中质量问题的解决和改善;
• Ensure that current and future quality and manufacturing systems meet and/or exceed customer and regulatory requirements; 确保当前和未来的质量和制造系统满足或超过客户和法规要求;
• Review and promote improvement in customer metrics to ensure customer satisfaction; 审查并促进客户指标的改进，以确保客户满意度;
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency 采取措施防止产品不合格和系统缺陷的发生;
• Training to team and level up overall team capability 培训团队并提高整体团队的能力;
• Ensure facility compliance to current ISO, environmental, & product requirements; 确保工厂符合现行的ISO，环境和产品要求;
• To lead QMS team for new quality system certification like AS9100 and work with customers on NMPA qualification; 领导质量管理团队进行AS9100等新的质量体系认证，并与客户一起进行NMPA认证
• Familiar with quality tools and system like ISO9000, SPC, 8D report, APQA etc… 熟悉质量工具和体系，如ISO9000, SPC, 8D报告，APQA等;
• Able to face customer and handle quality issues; 能够面对客户，处理质量问题;
• Strong leadership to drive for quality continuous improvement; 强有力的领导,推动质量持续改进;
• Play as key leader for customer quality audit and QBR quality review; 在客户质量审核和QBR质量审核中担任主要领导;
• Responsible for EHS management； 负责公司EHS管理工作；
• Other jobs assigned by Direct Supervisor and top management team; 其他由直接主管和高层管理团队分配的工作; Job Requirements 要求：
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Relevant; 工程或相关专业本科学历;
• At lease 10 years in Manufacturing Industry of which 5 years must be quality management role;

至少在制造业工作10年，其中5年必须从事质量管理工作;

• Quality Management System Knowledge (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 etc.);

了解ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485等体系;

• Basic Knowledge of IPC and ESD ANSI requirements and know other Quality Management system is a plus; 具备IPC和ESD ANSI要求的基本知识，了解其他质量管理体系者优先;
• Good knowledge in statistical tools using (FMEA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, QCC, etc;); 熟练使用统计工具(FMEA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, QCC等)
• Must have rich experience in Internal Quality Audit and EHS management; 必须有丰富的内部质量审核和EHS管理经验;
• Proficient in Microsoft application and Graph presentation; 精通微软应用程序和图形演示;
