该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 根据电路原理图和设计要求，完成模块及整体芯片的布局规划、版图绘制、验证优化工作，直至最终GDSII数据交付； 2. 执行设计流程，遵循设计规范，完成相关设计文档。 任职要求： 1. 电子类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 具有模拟版图设计经验和高压工艺设计经验，熟悉芯片设计流程和制造流程者优先； 3. 熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用Virtuoso/Calibre等主流设计和验证软件，熟悉 LVS、DRC等验证文件编写，熟悉shell、perl等脚本语言； 4. 了解ESD/Latch_up/ANT/EM等原理并能应用到版图设计中
