会展项目主管

• Assist to executive the responsible shows under the guidance of the line manager

在项目经理的指导下协助完成品牌展会的项目相关工作

• Provide high quality services to exhibitors and visitors

为参展商和观众提供高质量的服务 Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the database of exhibitors

维护参展商和观众信息数据库

• Assist to execute the visitor organization plan

协助执行观众组织计划

• Assist to execute the conference program

协助执行展会相关会议活动

• Assist to execute visitor behavior analysis

协助执行观众行为分析

• Deliver exhibitors’ & visitors’ services and deal with inquiries

为参展商和观众提供服务并处理相关咨询 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in exhibition is preferred

本科及以上学历，展会相关专业优先考虑

• Working experiences in exhibition or related industry is preferred

有展会项目或相关行业工作经验的优先考虑

• Fluent in Chinese and English

中英文表达流利

• Enthusiastic, hard-working, have strong learning ability, could work under pressure, and willing to have long-term development in the exhibition industry

工作热情，努力认真，吃苦耐劳，有较强的抗压能力和学习能力，有志于在会展行业长期发展

• Proficient in Office software

熟练应用Office办公软件
